Vector Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms govern your use of Vector, including the mobile app, website, and community features. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Using Vector
Vector is a social driving service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for ensuring that your use of Vector, including while driving, complies with applicable law and does not create a safety risk. Do not use Vector in a way that distracts you from safely operating a vehicle.
Community Safety and Zero Tolerance
Vector has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content and suspend, terminate, or eject accounts that violate these Terms or put our community at risk.
You must not post, share, request, encourage, or otherwise engage in:
- hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse;
- sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers children;
- violent, graphic, illegal, or dangerous content, including content that encourages unsafe driving;
- spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive activity, or unauthorized advertising;
- content that infringes another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other rights; or
- any content or conduct that is otherwise unlawful, objectionable, or disruptive to Vector or its users.
Reporting and Blocking
You can report content or users through the reporting controls in Vector. You can also block a user to stop seeing their content and prevent interactions with that user. If in-app reporting is unavailable, email reports@vectordriving.com with the relevant account, content, and details.
We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. Depending on the facts and severity, action may include removing content, limiting features, suspending an account, terminating an account, or ejecting a user from Vector. We may preserve information and cooperate with lawful requests where required for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Enforcement and Account Removal
We may investigate suspected violations, remove objectionable content, and take action without prior notice when necessary to protect people or the service. Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent termination and ejection from Vector. We may also refuse to provide service to anyone whose conduct creates risk for the community.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as Vector changes. The date above shows when they were last updated. For questions about these Terms, contact us through Vector Support. For safety reports, contact reports@vectordriving.com.
